Teaching Emmanuel Macron how to disc Jockey

DJ Cuppy was the official DJ at the Global Citizen event held in Dakar, she had a session of teaching French president Emmanuel Macron and Senegalese president, Macky Sall how to DJ.

Owning her own record label

Red velvet music group is Cuppy’s music management and content production company located in London. On her company platform she plays  local and international DJ gigs. Her company also produced hit music green light with Techno and now Vybe with Sarkodie

In 2014 Cuppy was the resident DJ at the MTV Africa music awards in Durban.

She hosted Tatler and Christie’s Art Ball in London, and at the Financial Times Luxury Summit in Mexico City

Cuppy was named the official DJ for the 2015 Oil Barons Charity in Dubai, and became the first African act to have ever performed at the event.

She created a music fusion merging local sounds with international music. This compilation was tagged house of Cuppy and was released on 2014 at London, New York and Lagos. In 2015, she released the second edition House of cuppy Volume 2

TV & Tour: Cuppy takes Africa:

She set off on her first DJ Tour to 8 cities in Africa titled “Cuppy Takes Africa”. She visited Nigeria, Senegal, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda and South Africa. The “Cuppy Takes Africa” tour included performances, major artist collaborations and charitable engagements supported by GTB Bank and Dangote foundation

In October 2016, the “Cuppy Takes Africa “Tour was documented as an 8 episode docu-series which aired on Fox Life Africa.

Cactus on the roof top:

Cuppy hosts an annual roof top party multiple times during the year. Tickets are sold for one million Naira, that means to attend you must be so paid.  Sometimes the events are themed and specific to various timelines during the year. This year she announced she host eight cactus on rooftop parties
