Davido just won best international act at the just concluded BET awards. Thank God he did not jump on stage with his 30 billion gang it would have been embarrassing.

Well, I like his speech but he over-spoke a little;  it wasn’t crisp and sharp, they even had to use music to cut him off. Irrespective, he made some valid points

Speech Highlights

He asked for collaborations-“visit Africa, lets collaborate. He referenced Migos visit to emphasize his point.

Davido gave a shout out to D’Banj  for paving the way for the rest of them and sent condolences to him(he recently lost his child to a drowning accident *tears*)

He asked Jay Cole for his verse  ( probably trying to get a collaboration)

He asked the audience to wear African clothes which he was not wearing anyway *cringe*

Finally he quickly promoted his up and coming new album and asked everyone to watch out for it
