Adonis Creed (played by Michael Jordan) is a professional boxer, he just got the fight he has been waiting for all his life-  Its a fight that would avenge his fathers death and rewrite history.

If you are a fan of the Rocky movie series, then you definitely know Apollo Creed and how he died, but in case  you don’t – here’s a quick recap.

Apollo Creed & Rocky Balboa- Back in the eighties they were two of the greatest fighters in the world-  First they were opponents, enemies, rivals but finally became best friends. Together, they made America proud taking out champions across the world. (its a movie Oh, the Rocky movie series)

Then one man showed up and everything changed– his name was Ivan Drago- the strongest boxer in Russia with hands of steel. He challenged Apollo Creed to a fight which he gladly accepted. It was a literal bloody fight- Apollo Creed died in the ring- watch

In Creed II  Apollo son who is already a boxing champion has just gotten the fight he always wanted- to fight Ivan Drago’s son- Vitor Drago who is just  as tough and steely as his dad.

Everyone is afraid- his mum watched her husband die, his girlfriend just had a baby- no one wants this fight,  they fear he may die just like his father.

But for Adonis Creed, its a fight he has been waiting for all his life -The Creed (11) opens in the United States on November 21, 2018. I don’t know about y’all, but this is a must watch for me
