Grammy Nominees list 2018: See winning predictions & their albums.

The Grammy award nominations were announced Tuesday morning and, as expected, both Jay-Z and Kendrick Lamar made strong showings in the major categories.

Jay-Z leads with eight nominations total, including nods for album of the year, record of the year, song of the year and best rap album. Kendrick Lamar follows with seven.

Ed Sheeran’s Divide, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry also didn’t fare well for their latest efforts, with Gaga getting two pop nods (same as Sheeran) and Perry’s disappointing Witness being left off the list entirely.

Below is a  list of nominations released  predictions of possible winners.

Song of the year is usually awarded to musicians who are also songwriters, and the songs are really deep.

The 2018 Grammys will air January 28 on CBS, with James Corden returning as host.
